The 3^rd Annual Blood Drive of the Subic Bay Freeport Chamber of Commerce, conducted last October 8 at the Subic Bay Arts Center, was successfully concluded with 145 units of blood donations. We have, once again, provided assistance to the Philippine National Red Cross whose blood banks usually dip critically low during the holiday season.

The Subic Chamber wishes to extend our heartfelt appreciation to you and the donors you have brought along for your enthusiastic participation in this worthwhile endeavor.

It was uplifting to see so many volunteers helping out and even more heart-warming to see donors from all walks of life - employers and employees, rich and poor, young and old; no matter the gender, race, religion, or creed - voluntarily donate blood.

We consider you and all who participated as heroes because your donations will save lives. I am hoping that you will continue to be part of our annual Blood Drive programs.

Sensing that blood is the lifeline that saves anybody's life, as PNRC volunteer, Councilor Ed Piano fully supports the blood letting program of the PNRC and he is one of the pioneer volunteers whenever blood-lettings are needed.
